MY STORY

I am Dave, Owner of Sideshow StunTs and your Chief Instructor. My goal is to provide you with the skills you need to look like a badass on screen with firearms and to be safe while doing it. I have a team of professionally trained badasses like myself to teach you, the stunt performer, actor or SSE, to look and feel confident with weapon systems. 

As a child, I was a daredevil with a strong passion for the world of action movies. This may have had an influence on my decision to embark on a career in the Military, having spent 25 years in the Canadian Special Forces and three as a private contractor. I have experienced real-life situations on multiple overseas missions. There is nothing more exhilarating than these missions where you place yourself in danger, and every move must be calculated with accuracy. Stunt performance and acting allow my passion and daring nature to fluidly live on.

With experience on camera for TV, Film and MOCAP combined with my extensive military experiences, my team and I will tailor your movements and techniques to make you the badass who brings precision and thrill to the big screen.
